Sally started to write programmes in 2005 and Two years later ran a pilot programme where she has 6 participants & was very happy to gain media attention from TV station, Radio and the local paper.

The programme was after personal experience of being unemployed and Sally realized the huge gap in the market for a simple inspirational course to help the unemployed see that there is a more full filling way to live life than to have to rely on money from benefits.

Sally believes the programme was a success, after the number of thank you letter she received.

Since that time she has gone on to gain further qualifications and experience, working not only with the long term employed but also the disadvantaged youth.

Sally is a Personal Development Facilitator. She writes her own workshops and courses and they are used by a number of agencies on the Sunshine coast (marked by an *).

After training with Sally, clients report that they feel positive and inspired and have a new sense of direction & motivation.

To train participants to Get inspired, improve self esteem & confidence, get motivated to make dreams a reality, regain control of their life, increase their overall happiness, get out their everyday comfort zone, helps participants to have more fun in their life. Sally uses contents of this programme to assist her in training with youth and for her individual clients.

Goal setting and motivation workship

Teaching the nuts and bolts of Goal setting. To Get inspired Get motivated to make dreams a reality, Re gain control of their life, Increase their overall happiness, Get out their everyday comfort zone, Sally uses this programme to assist her in training with youth and for her individual clients.

Interpersonal Communication*

To teach individuals how to improve their interpersonal communication, which helps to create a good basis in the improvement of all relationships. The training will include useful tips, exercises along with hand outs for the participants which they can use for future reference.

Assertive Communication*

To train participants, to understand the importance implications of being assertive. The training will include useful tips, exercises along with hand outs for the participants which they can use for future reference.

Self-care programme*

Participants will understand the importance of keeping fit, physically and emotionally so they can be better prepared to tackle the stresses of everyday life away from the course. Participants work together to produce keep sake to take home, which serves as a positive reflection on what they have learned about themselves & who they are.

The workshop is suited to a wide range of participants especially those who have completed a training programme - it is the icing on the cake for a break up party.

Living by your values ©2007*

Participants will be trained to feel good about themselves & who they are. They will learn how to connect with their values & belief systems.

This workshop involves role plays and reflective exercises to help install connections with self & allow participants to realize the importance of their personal power.

Healthy Relationships 4 U ©2008*

Participants will learn the importance of healthy relationships by discovering how to feel more positive about the relationship they have with their self and their standing within their net work of friends, family and the local community. The programme offers the opportunity to explore relationships in a supportive confidential yet encouraging and light hearted way. The programme covers personal health & well-being, communication, respect, spiritual health, mental health, self care and includes talks and demonstrations from specialists such as yoga instruction, make up, meditation, relaxation & massage.

Stress 2 Go (1 day workship or programme over 4 weeks) ©2005

Train participants to understand the importance of what stress is and How to recognize and understand personal stress levels. Participants will learn techniques that will assist them to be better prepared to tackle the stresses of everyday life.

Good Stress management is a life skill.

Sally has been working as a stress management consultant since 1997.

Participants learn some personal reasons why it is important o become more motivated to seek employment.

They can find out what motivates them and help them to comprehend that life can actually be far more enjoyable when employed.

The workshop can be used for individual clients or clients in the group environment. It has been written to complement any existing training programme where participants are gaining qualifications or skills to enter or re enter the work force.

The workshop aims to help participants feel not just motivated to seek employment, but also raise their sense of self worth and help change attitude towards the employment cycle.

The workshop also offers the opportunity for individuals to explore their barriers to employment through a confidential one on one session.
